After all the training I did, I only lost about 5 lbs, but I went down at least one pant size, and I feel great!

For some reason since I have been home from the weekend I have been snacking at night, and I never did that before! I tried to eat good, pears, cheese, crackers, but still I know I should not snack.  Ugh.
