Description: Stroller Strides is the number one stroller fitness program in the country. It's designed specifically for moms with stroller age children (6 weeks - 4 years). Classes combine power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing (we provide the tubing) and your stroller. All strollers, except umbrella strollers will work fine. This is not just a stroll in the park but a workout that gets you striding into your best shape while spending time with your child and other moms. Bring lots of water for you and your baby, sunscreen and a mat, or towel for ab work and stretching. Check out our website www.strollerstrides.com. First class is free.

One time registration fee $75 for mothly membership. Includes Stroller Strides exercise band and goodie bag.
Single class pass $15

Description: Come join us as we play and sign our way to some great books and the exciting “Pick Me Up!” Music CD and Activity Guide from Sign2Me®. We will also move, groove, sing and sign to a variety of toddler classics as well as to the music of the popular PBS show, Signing Time®. This is an informal class designed to be a fun, creative and interactive way to introduce babies and toddlers (and adults!) to American Sign Language.
This class is open to all infant/toddler age groups.

This class is one of the pre-requisite options for the Play, Sign and Storytime classes and is perfect for parents and caregivers who cannot attend weekly classes but would still like to learn the fundamentals of signing so they can begin at home.
